This Terms of Service Agreement governs the conditions of access and use of the website www.districtdesign.ca and the online store between you (the "customer") and District Design.

We encourage you to read these terms carefully. By accessing the site or online store and using them, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must not access the site or make any purchase through it.

District Design owns and operates the website www.districtdesign.ca and its online store. All content on this site — information, data, graphics, photographs, images, sounds, videos, trademarks and other materials (collectively, the "content") — is the property of District Design and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

Reproducing any part of the content for resale or distribution purposes without prior written permission from District Design is strictly prohibited.

You may download, copy and share a portion of the content provided that you:

  • cite the source and include the site's URL;
  • retain all copyright notices and proprietary rights notices;
  • have obtained written permission from District Design.

Accuracy of Information

District Design strives to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. However, errors or omissions may occur despite our best efforts. District Design assumes no responsibility for errors that may appear in product descriptions, prices or availability, and reserves the right to correct or update information at any time without notice.

In the event of an error affecting a purchase, the only available recourse is to return the product for a refund, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Purchases made on the online store at www.districtdesign.ca may be completed using the following payment methods:

To shop at the online store, you will need to create a user account. You agree to provide truthful, current and accurate information and to keep it up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and username. You agree to notify District Design immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach at info@districtdesign.ca.

Privacy

District Design respects your right to privacy. To learn more about how we collect, use and protect your personal information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

User Interactions

You may leave comments in various sections of our site. To do so, you must provide at minimum your name and email address.

We invite you to share your opinions in a respectful and courteous manner. District Design reserves the right not to publish, to edit or to delete any comment containing off-topic, disrespectful or offensive content, or spam, and may block users who violate these standards.

Trademarks and Logos

The District Design trademark is a registered trade name. Any use of this trademark or its logos without written authorization from an authorized representative of District Design is strictly prohibited.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable Canadian law. Any dispute must be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the judicial district of Longueuil, Province of Quebec.

If any provision of these terms is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision may be set aside without affecting the validity of the remaining terms.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and District Design regarding your use of the website www.districtdesign.ca and its online store.

Terms of Use — Text Messaging Service (SMS)

District Design's text messaging service (the "Service") is operated by District Design 219 Inc. Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these mobile terms. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

By signing up for the Service, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from District Design to the mobile phone number you provided, even if that number is registered on a do-not-call list. Messages may include order alerts, cart reminders and promotional offers.

Your consent is not a condition of purchase. Participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

District Design does not charge for the Service. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
